You can book Maui hotel accommodation using your phone or your computer.
You can book accommodation in Maui using the following booking options:Booking your accommodation using the appBooking using a mobile phone to book online.
Hotel Indigo is an app which lets you book your accommodation online.
If you’re in Mauau, you can use the app to book accommodation at Indigo hotels.
If not, Indigo hotels are available in other areas of the state.
Booking with a credit cardBooking by phone is available in most locations, including Maui, where the only cost is the booking fee.
It is also possible to book in-person at Indigo hotel locations.
You’ll pay a booking fee, and if the booking is cancelled, you’ll have to pay a fee for cancellation.
Booking online is free for all Maui bookings except Indigo hotels which require a credit or debit card for online booking.
You may be able to book with cash or check in at Indigo locations or Indigo hotels, depending on the conditions in your booking.
You may also be able pay a deposit for a hotel room, and you’ll be charged a deposit fee if you pay a cancellation fee or for a deposit refund.
You will need to provide a booking confirmation number (CND) to Indigo hotels to book your hotel accommodation.
You can use your phone, but you may need to download the Indigo app or the Indigo website for that.

The booking process is based on your booking type.
You cannot change your booking status or make changes to your booking details without cancelling the booking.
If you book at Indigo, Indigo hotel reservations will be processed as follows:Bookings are processed by Indigo hotel staff.
You will be asked to select the Indigo hotel you would like to book, and then Indigo hotel details will be emailed to you.
You should receive your confirmation number within 7 working days.
If the booking you made is cancelled due to the cancellation of a reservation, Indigo will provide you with a refund of the full amount paid for your reservation.
If the booking has been cancelled, Indigo has no obligation to refund the full balance due to cancellation.
If a cancellation occurs, you will receive a refund for the full booking amount, and Indigo will refund the cancellation fee if there is one.
If there is no refund, Indigo does not have to refund your full booking.
Indigo hotels are not available for rescheduled booking.
The reservation confirmation number will be provided in a notification to you within 14 days of the cancellation date.
If your booking has not been cancelled in full, Indigo reserves the right to cancel your reservation in full and reschedule your reservation on a later date if there are circumstances that make rescheduling not feasible.
You cannot book Mauau hotel accommodation with cash.
You must pay a reservation fee in advance.
If your booking is booked by Indigo, you may be required to pay the reservation fee upfront.
If Indigo does charge you for this fee, you must pay it in full.
If this is not possible, Indigo can refund your reservation fee for the first booking.
If it is not available to refund, you should notify Indigo if you wish to change your reservation before the rescheduler’s deadline.
If it is your first booking at Indigo and you wish a refund or credit card, you have to include a credit/debit card statement with your booking to Indigo.
You must include your reservation confirmation and the amount of the reservation charge with your payment.
Bookings made via the Indigo mobile app can be cancelled at Indigo’s convenience and Indigo reserves right to refuse a refund if you do not include the required information.
You need to include your booking confirmation in your confirmation when making a reservation.
You need to have a booking in order to book Indigo hotels and Indigo hotels do not accept cash.
The booking confirmation will include a booking code.
This code will be shown on the Indigo reservation confirmation page for each reservation.
If a reservation has been made, you need to be present to complete the booking process.
If no one is present, the reservation cannot be cancelled.
You should complete the reservation online in the following order:Reservation confirmation emailBooking confirmation emailReservations confirmation emailRefund confirmation emailIf a booking has failed, you’re not required to send the reservation confirmation.
If so, you don’t have to send it.
You’ll be able call Indigo staff to confirm your booking if the reservation is cancelled.
You’re responsible for the cost of the room you book.
You don’t need to show proof of booking to your Indigo booking.
Book your hotel online with an Indigo hotel reservation.
Book Indigo hotels using a credit, debit or prepaid card.
Book at Indigo or Indigo.
Indigo hotels require a valid credit or prepaid credit card.
You don’t pay any booking fee and the booking will be cancelled if it’s not available.
