LaGuardian article New York – The Hilton Head Hotel is in talks to build what it calls a “world-class” hotel in the heart of LaGuardias commercial district.
The hotel is expected to be built on the site of the old Hilton Head in downtown LaGuardios hotel district.
The plan is part of a $1 billion revitalization of the area and the latest in a series of revitalizations undertaken in the area.
The Hilton head is a former luxury hotel built in the 1930s and now a museum.
The building would be the Hilton head Hotel, which will replace the current Hilton head hotel in downtown LA.
The hotel would be located at 561 S. Second St., a few blocks south of the intersection of Broadway and Second streets.
The current Hilton Head hotel sits just a block away on Third Street.
The Hilton head was built in 1929 as the second largest hotel in America, with three floors, according to a news release from the hotel.
It is located in the middle of downtown LaGuardia.
“Hilton Head is a unique building with a special character and an architectural heritage that makes it an ideal location to build this historic landmark,” said Hilton Head Properties president of development David Karpel.
Hilton head, built in 1928, is a hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.
The new hotel would have three floors and would include a rooftop garden and a restaurant.
The first phase of the project is scheduled to be completed in 2019, according the news release.
The second phase is expected in 2023.
The project will include a new, state-of-the-art elevator and hotel lobby, as well as improvements to the existing Hilton Head, including the building’s facade and the addition of new signage, the release said.
The entire project is expected cost about $1.6 billion, according Hilton Head.
